  • To meet the requirements of accreditation you must certify that you meet one or more of the following criteria:

    • My net worth, or the joint net worth of my spouse and me exceeds $1 million; or
    • My individual income is in excess of $200,000 in each of the two most recent years, or the joint income with my spouse is in excess of $300,000 in each of those years, and has a reasonable expectation of reaching the same income level in the current year; or
    • I have total assets in excess of $2 million or
    • I represent a professional investment company.
